MAS90 System Info – Who Touched My Order?
Prior to version 4.10 of Sage’s MAS90 and MAS200, the User ID of the user who CREATED an order was displayed on the order entry screen. In 4.10, this field no longer displays, but don’t get cranky yet – there is actually a whole lot MORE information now available!
While on any 4.x data entry, maintenance or inquiry screen (Sales Order Entry, Customer Maintenance, Vendor Inquiry, etc), you may right click and choose the System Info option. What pops up is not only information on who created the record, but also when, and who last MODIFIED the record. You can also see the path to your data, number of records, whether the screen has any Custom Office modifications, and any User-Defined Fields available for the data entities.
