Sage MAS90/MAS200 – Why won’t my comments print completely?
In Sage MAS90/MAS200 version 4.10 or higher, Sales Orders and Sales Order Invoices have the ability to have unlimited comment text fields.
However, the STANDARD form defaults to printing comments PARTIALLY. Create a new form code and you will be able to save the Print Comments FULL option with the form code, and your comments will print in their entirety each time you print.

Excellent point Beth.
I have (after learning the hard way) taken to always making any modifications to a new form code that isn't the default.
As you point out — the default form codes don't save a number of parameters. The most annoying is the check forms which I've had trouble saving (check/stub/stub, etc) unless I create a new form code.
