I have (after learning the hard way) taken to always making any modifications to a new form code that isn&#039;t the default. 
 
As you point out -- the default form codes don&#039;t save a number of parameters. The most annoying is the check forms which I&#039;ve had trouble saving (check/stub/stub, etc) unless I create a new form code. </description>
