Form 941 updated for 2009 tax changes for MAS90 and MAS200

By Wayne Schulz • March 26th, 2009

Changes to the IRS form 941 which are required for anyone who wants to file the forms that MAS 90 or MAS 200 payroll print are now available.

Issued in the form of a service update, these fixes also require some manual steps to update your forms. Since these are all Crystal Reports based – be sure that you have the latest version of Crystal Report Writer installed on the machine which you are editing.

Wow, and I just installed the last update 2 days ago at a client. Gotta love Sage.

At least it's in time before April 1.

I was surprised to see this come out as a Service Update as opposed to an Interim Release – although maybe Sage will start doing this because I found it very difficult to track which Interim Releases clients had already installed versus Service Updates.

Actually it wasn't difficult – it was damn near impossible.
