Today, SWK Technologies announced that DSD Business Systems has purchased the SWK Sage 100 Extended Solutions library and related intellectual property for Sage 100. Read on to learn more about how this affects you as a customer or reseller.
Since Sage released the Extended Solutions catalog, both SWK and DSD have updated and maintained this catalog for their respective customers and the customers of other Sage business partners.
Why the switch?

I have an SWK Extended Solution. What does this mean for me?
Effective March 1, 2016, DSD will handle all support and sales inquiries for partners who previously purchased Extended Solutions from SWK. SWK customers will continue to work through SWK for new sales and maintenance renewals, but DSD will provide front-line support on the Extended Solutions.
Easy Transition – Customers using the Extended Solutions provided by SWK may continue to use them without interruption. All future Extended Solutions updates, including program fixes, product updates, and new releases will be provided by DSD.
