Sage MAS 90/200 – 4.40 info

Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200 – Keyboard and Navigation Shortcuts

Select the Help menu at top of the MAS 90 screen, then Help Topics.
Click on the Contents tab, then click Navigating Through the Software.
Then on the right, click Keyboard and Button Navigation.

Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200 – “Shutdown All” feature

Be aware of a possible issue with the “Shutdown All” feature in Sage MAS 90/200.  When it is used it may actually stay set in the SY_System file, so when a user tries to get back in, they can’t:  They’ll enter their login info, the Business Desktop/Launcher will appear briefly, and then immediately will shut down.

In addition to using the “File Path and Name” Special Field in Crystal Reports, have you ever wished you could just show the Filename?  You can with this formula:

MAS 90 and MAS 200 – Edit existing Label settings in Crystal Reports 10

Do you need to edit the settings of an existing Crystal Reports Label in Crystal v10?  It can be done, just not the same way as with Crystal v8.5.

MAS 90 and MAS 200 – Onesy, Twosy Report selection criteria

When running a standard MAS 90 report and you need the ability to easily pick and choose a non-range of values (e.g., 10 specific Customers across your entire Customer Masterfile), simply use “Equal to” and separate the values by comma’s (e.g., 0032987, 0076352, 0919283, 0000111).
