ALNOOR CASSIM

Statement of Interest:

I have been serving on the 90 Minds Board of Directors since 2022. I am also the Board representative for the Education Committee. Historically and currently, I have consistently been an advocate for knowledge-sharing and collaboration among the like-minded professionals of our community. I deeply value our mission to empower and grow the membership while also providing a pathway to our consultants for training, resources, and community sharing on our platform.

I was a 15-year employee of Sage out of the Irvine, CA office primarily supporting Sage 100 where I was able to establish many relationships in the partner community. Since my time at Sage, the 90 Minds community and platform has been near and dear to me providing opportunities for career growth and networking while letting me engage in knowledge exchange and problem solving. The collaborative spirit has also led me to enthusiastically be a presenter at every single Meeting of the Minds conference and run for the Board in 2022.

I will continue working together effectively with my Board members and the committees in planning sessions for the MOTM conference, implementing learning opportunities for our consultants, while assisting in community building, financial management, and technology implementation. I also want to capitalize on all the forward momentum and progress we’ve built up as an organization, as well as capitalize on the necessary adjustments and pivots we made in recent years on the execution of the mission, vision, and success of 90 Minds, its membership, and the annual conference.

BIO:

I was a former 15-year Sage employee who worked at the mothership in Irvine, CA primarily supporting Sage 100. I had key specialist roles in the Support and Training departments while also a liaison to Engineering and Product Management teams. I was involved in many key joint inter-departmental projects in advancing Sage 100 to be a more feature rich and flexible product. I attended and presented each year at Sage conferences while training other staff how to do conference presentations and public speaking.

While currently a full-time contract developer with ASI, I have been an independent contractor and/or employee for different partner / reseller firms for the last 15+ years doing Sage 100 development, mgmt of development teams, technical consulting, and training. Over the years, I have gained the respect of my peers in the Sage partner community as a very helpful technical solutions guy, providing both consulting and development related under-the-hood insights, tips, and tricks. I have also been a member of 90 Minds since its founding year, currently serving on the Board of Directors and Education Committee, and have participated in every single MotM conference as a presenter or pre-session trainer.

TODD MARTIN

Statement of Interest

I am excited about the opportunity to serve on the Board of Directors for 90 Minds because I have witnessed firsthand the incredible growth and impact this group has achieved since its inception. From our humble beginnings in the Best Talk forum, we came together as like-minded professionals, determined to support one another in navigating challenges that traditional resources could not address.

By pooling our knowledge, we discovered not only shared struggles but also the strength of collaboration. What started as a way to solve day-to-day issues and gain honest feedback on ISVs, software, and solutions has evolved into a powerful community. Together, we’ve built a network that empowers individual consultants, enhances the capabilities of resellers, and fosters stronger relationships with ISVs—all for the benefit of the clients we serve.

Our collective growth has been remarkable, and the spirit of connection and knowledge-sharing remains at the heart of 90 Minds. I am eager to contribute to the continuation of this mission by serving on the board. I am committed to ensuring that we stay true to our founding purpose: helping one another avoid common pitfalls, save time through shared insights, and build a stronger community through collaboration.

This is my opportunity to give back to a group that has been so instrumental to my own success and to help us remain a trusted resource for all members, old and new. I am ready to do my part in connecting our minds and continuing the momentum we’ve built together.
